Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of nexovias.com and Nexovias digital products, including Watch Studio. By using Watch Studio, you also agree to the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Service

Watch Studio is an independent Nexovias product that turns a user-supplied watch/product photo into digital advertising images and, where included in the selected package, videos. The service may use third-party AI models and infrastructure providers. Nexovias is not affiliated with or endorsed by those model providers.

2. Packages and campaign entitlements

The Watch Campaign package costs $9.99 for one watch and includes 4 premium photos and 1 cinematic video. It is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. The quantity purchased grants that number of campaigns. An entitlement is reserved when generation begins and consumed when the campaign completes; interrupted orders retain their reservation for recovery. Review the final checkout total before payment.

3. Payments

Creem may act as Merchant of Record and payment provider for eligible transactions. Taxes, receipts and payment handling may be managed by Creem at checkout. Generation does not start without verified payment and a sufficient campaign credit.

4. User content and rights

You represent that you have the rights or permissions needed for uploaded product photos, logos, branding and other materials. You may not use the service to promote counterfeit, stolen or infringing goods or content.

5. Prohibited content and use

NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content; harmful or illegal content; deepfakes, face swaps or deceptive manipulation of real people; violent, hateful, exploitative or harmful generation is prohibited. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.

6. AI outputs

AI output is not guaranteed to be error-free or to reproduce every product detail exactly. Review logos, dial details, branding, proportions and wrist placement before publishing. The standard photo set contains hero, wrist, macro detail and signature imagery. Optional exploded-view effects are conceptual illustrations; hidden mechanisms are not verified product specifications and must not be presented as factual product-detail photographs or engineering drawings.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Each campaign is custom digital content. Once production has started, the cancellation limits in the Refund Policy apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Technical failures are reviewed separately as described below.

If a technical failure interrupts a campaign, saved outputs and the reservation for that same paid campaign are preserved for recovery. An unfinished campaign is not recorded as successfully consumed; its reserved entitlement may remain unavailable for another campaign while support investigates. Do not purchase a second package merely to retry an interrupted order. Contact support to review safe continuation, an appropriate remedy or any applicable refund. Refunds and new campaign entitlements are not issued automatically, and a new generation request is not started automatically after an uncertain attempt. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Availability and changes

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, provider outages or security reasons. We may change features or restrict access where necessary to protect security and compliance.

9. Intellectual property and commercial use

Nexovias software, site design and original materials belong to Nexovias. You retain the rights to source content you upload.

After successful payment, Nexovias permits you to use the campaign photos and videos delivered for your order in advertisements, social-media posts, e-commerce stores and product pages, to the extent Nexovias holds the relevant rights. You may edit or resize those delivered files for these uses. This permission does not grant rights in third-party trademarks, products, people or other protected material, and does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or uniqueness. You remain responsible for the rights to your inputs, reviewing output accuracy and complying with applicable platform rules. The download availability period does not shorten this permission for files you have already downloaded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is. Except for mandatory consumer rights, liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
