Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you use the Nexovias website and Nexovias digital products, including Watch Studio.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information: your name, email address and message content when you contact us.
- Watch Studio content: the watch/product photo you upload, selected package, setting, model preference and generation settings.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and basic service logs used for security, troubleshooting and operation.
- Payment data: payment status, purchased package and quantity, checkout/transaction identifiers and customer ID/email returned by our payment provider. Nexovias does not store full payment-card details.
2. How we use information
- To create Watch Studio campaigns and manage purchased campaign credits.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve service reliability and user experience.
3. AI and third-party providers
Watch Studio may use third-party AI and infrastructure providers to create campaign images and videos. Nexovias is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the underlying model providers. Content and generation instructions may be sent to relevant providers only as needed to deliver the service.
4. Payments
For eligible digital purchases, payment processing and Merchant of Record services may be provided by Creem. Creem's own privacy and payment terms apply during checkout. Nexovias does not store your full payment-card number.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only as necessary with providers supporting hosting, security, payments, AI generation and related operations, or where required by law.
6. Retention
For Watch Studio, uploaded reference images are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Completed campaign outputs are available to download for 7 days and are then scheduled for deletion. Removal runs at regular intervals; access expires according to the file expiry time. Download your completed files before they expire. Purchase, account and support records may be retained separately as needed to verify transactions, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet legal obligations. These periods describe Watch Studio storage; third-party service providers apply their own applicable data-retention terms.
7. Content rights and generation
You retain rights in content you upload. You must upload only content you are authorized to use. AI-generated outputs can contain errors; review logos, branding, dial details, dates, proportions and human anatomy before commercial use.
8. Cookies, local storage and aggregate measurement
We use browser storage for language preferences and the essential account, purchase and generation experience.
Watch Studio also counts page views and the main steps from campaign selection through download, grouped by desktop or mobile and campaign style. The measurement payload does not contain names, email addresses, uploaded images, filenames, payment details, account identifiers, referrers or persistent visitor identifiers. It uses no analytics cookies. Random event identifiers prevent duplicate counts and do not identify a visitor. Aggregate counts measure the service flow; they do not create individual browsing profiles. Hosting providers may separately process ordinary request data under their applicable policies.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing or request portability of personal data. Contact info@nexovias.com for requests.
10. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Providers may operate in other countries; applicable safeguards are used for international transfers.
11. Controller
Nexovias is currently an independent digital-product brand operated by an individual. Formal identity and tax information is supplied to payment providers and authorities as required for legal and compliance purposes.
