This Privacy Policy explains how Nexovias ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit nexovias.com (the "Site"). The Site is an informational showcase; it does not sell products or process payments. Purchases and accounts happen on each product's own website under that product's own privacy policy.

Under KVKK you also have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, and to ask that its results be corrected, deleted, or notified to third parties. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in the EU/UK your national authority, and in Turkey the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

Nexovias is not yet incorporated as a legal entity; until it is, the data controller is the individual operator of Nexovias, and a formal controller identity and address will be published here upon incorporation. Where required, we process personal data on these legal bases: your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site; and compliance with legal obligations. Under KVKK, processing relies on the corresponding conditions in Article 5, including explicit consent where no other condition applies.
