Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains allowed and prohibited use of Watch Studio and other Nexovias generation tools.
1. Allowed use
Use Watch Studio only with watch/product imagery you are authorized to use, for lawful advertising, catalog and brand content.
2. Strictly prohibited content
- NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content.
- Sexualization or exploitation of minors and any abusive content.
- Deepfakes, face swaps or deceptive manipulation of a real person's face or identity.
- Hateful, violent, harassing, threatening, self-harm-promoting or illegal-facilitation content.
- Counterfeit, stolen or intellectual-property-infringing product or brand material.
- Content that deceptively implies official endorsement, partnership or brand affiliation.
3. Moderation and blocking
Generation requests may be automatically screened against safety and content policies. Disallowed or flagged requests can be blocked before generation starts. If the moderation service is unavailable, generation may be temporarily blocked rather than allowed to proceed unchecked.
4. Source images
Upload only source images you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for respecting third-party trademark and copyright rights.
5. Enforcement
Requests that violate this policy may be rejected, and repeated or serious violations may result in restricted access. Records may be shared with authorities where legally required.
